Data we process
In connection with NEXUS Space forms, we may process your full name, e-mail address, phone number, town and project postcode, customer type, selected system area, configuration parameters and the content of comments you provide voluntarily.
Please do not include information in the comments field that is not necessary to prepare the offer.
Purposes and legal grounds
We process data to handle your inquiry, contact you and prepare an offer under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; to establish, pursue or defend claims and preserve correspondence under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations under Article 6(1)(c) GDPR if a contract is concluded.
We do not use form data to send commercial information unrelated to the inquiry without a separate legal basis.
Is providing data mandatory?
Providing data marked with an asterisk is voluntary but necessary for us to respond and prepare an offer. Without it, we cannot handle the inquiry. Other information is voluntary and helps define the scope of the offer.
Recipients of data
Data may be disclosed to entities supporting our website, e-mail, IT systems, accounting and legal services, and to cooperating contractors or installers where necessary to prepare or deliver an offer. They receive only the data required for the task and act under appropriate agreements or authorisations.
Retention period
We retain data for the time needed to handle the inquiry and conduct offer discussions. If no contract is concluded, inquiry data is generally deleted 12 months after the last contact, unless longer storage is needed to establish, pursue or defend claims. If a contract is concluded, data is retained throughout its performance and for periods required by law or limitation periods.
Your rights
Within the limits of the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and transfer your data. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests.
Requests may be sent to rodo@norgi-group.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland.
Automated decisions and data transfers
We do not make decisions about customers solely by automated means and do not use profiling that produces legal effects.
If a technology provider performs part of its services outside the European Economic Area, data may be transferred only using safeguards provided by the GDPR, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.
Cookies and policy changes
The website may use cookies necessary for its proper operation. Analytics or marketing tools that require consent will be activated only after consent is obtained.
